The course will be established in two levels:
First Level: Applicants take a theoretical course, that covers the key topics
- This course will be conducted at two levels; theory lectures and workshops follows by an interim fellow position at Urban Economy Forum for eligible participants.
- All participants in the second level will be asked to present at least one running project from their cities, it is recommended ( but not mandatory) that they introduce a project that they are involved in at any level.
- The sessions of the course will be combination of lecture, workshop, and panel discussions.
- The participants of the first level have priority to participate in the second level but other applicants can participate in the second part of the course upon available seats.
Second Level: The second level participants are included but not limited to those who complete the first stage, based on their activities, interests, and expertise.
- The projects offered by participants will be promoted in the UEF and can be integrated with the UEF programs.
- By entering these training courses, applicants will be eligible to work with UEF in different capacities after meeting some basic requirements.
- Despite the limited seats for the course, it will be possible for applicants from developing countries to get preference in terms of the number of delegates that can be nominated from their country , as well as to seek financial scholarships/support.
- Since this course is a combination of theory and practice and involves identifying related projects and connecting them to the UEF, it will take an operational form by connecting to other programs.
