Join us at the live virtual event on June 2nd, 2022, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT, being held in preparation of the Urban Economy Forum’s annual conference titled UEF4 (Oct 3-4, 2022), with its main theme of Sustainable Urban Finance.
UEF is an organization that collaborates with the United Nations system and international partners to accelerate the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), particularly SDG 11, through innovative and practical solutions to urban management, economy, and resources
The annual conference of UEF is a major event in the calendar of Urban October, featuring important subjects of current interest to urban professionals, city leaders, private sector and civil society providing important partnership and networking opportunities.
The UEF conference is held every year on the occasion of World Habitat Day. Over the last three years of experience sharing and lessons learned, the UEF has enabled policy dialogue, exchange of good practices and recommendations to assist urban policymakers in achieving the objectives of sustainable development.
The preparatory meeting of the Fourth Urban Economy Forum, UEF4, to be held virtually, is to advance discussions on the themes related to the main theme of the Forum in October 2022, Sustainable Urban Finance, three themes will be expounded upon by experts in the and specialists, The themes are: Cities, Financial Institutions, and Sustainable Urban Finance, Cities and Climate Financing & Innovative Solutions for Sustainable Urban Development and Emerging Financial Models and Technologies.
