Vaneshran Arumugam is an accomplished actor, playwright, teacher, director and social activist. He is a founding member of the Turning Point Foundation in Cape Town, South Africa, which helps underprivileged youth develop skills in performance, theater and film production. With his IFP fellowship, Mr. Arumugam earned a master's degree in theater and performance from the University of Cape Town. He is currently a Fulbright scholar-in-residence at St. Francis College in Brooklyn.
