UEF & ARCHIKID PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT
The Urban Economy Forum is delighted to announce that it has established a partnership with ArchiKID to explore engaging children and youth on the Sustainable Development Goals. Kids and youth are part of every urban society and provide a wonderful perspective that is energetic, visionary, and inspiring. This new partnership will lead to the development of pilot projects for kids of all ages and will work with schools and education organizations across Canada and the globe.
The collaboration will also help build the capacity for the Pavilion's programs, particularly the Kids Awareness and Urban SDGs programs that are being developed to enhance the role of youth in economic growth, social development, and environmental sustainability. This new program is part of the World Urban Pavilion in Regent Park, a collaborative and inspiring partnership between Urban Economy Forum and UN-habitat with support from the Government of Canada.
