Rozina Spinnoy
Design Strategist and Social Entrepreneur, Founder of Design2Style and Belgium Design Council, Founding Director of BIDs Belgium
Rozina Spinnoy is a Design Strategist and Social Entrepreneur, running her own NGO and SME's based in Brussels and originally from Scotland. She is the Founder of Design2Style and Belgium Design Council (SME) and Founding Director of BIDs Belgium (NGO).
She is an experienced professional with a career spanning over 25 years. Over the last decade, Rozina's work had a specific focus on co-designing inclusive, sustainable communities, places, spaces and processes. Working on international and local projects taking an integrated, systems/design thinking approach. Rozina is a community partner of the EU Commission's, 'New European Bauhaus' with her NGO BIDs Belgium. Her previous work experience ranges from corporate finance to working in the global corporate Hospitality sector covering EMEA in various roles in the UK and Belgium. Stemming from a background education in Interior Design/Architecture from Glasgow Caledonian University and TEI Heraklion, Crete. This instilled the creativity and desire for travelling and experiencing diverse cultures.
Rozina champions a variety of causes and wears several hats utilizing her design strategy skills across a variety, projects and philanthropic activities. Ranging from gender equality, urban place-making and public space, inclusion and diversity, through to advocating for more mental health awareness. She sits on a number of community commissions and been a member of boards and committees, past and present.
