Huascar Eguino
Huascar Eguino works as a Lead Specialist in Fiscal and Municipal Management at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB), Washington, D.C. Economist with specialization in fiscal policy, public finance, climate change, subnational finance, decentralization, urban development, and public investment management. He has more than 20 years of experience providing technical advice and designing development projects in 18 Latin American countries. In addition, he has worked directly with more than 100 municipal governments on issues ranging from the modernization of their finances, local taxation and the design and implementation of urban infrastructure projects.
